Lent

Despite the fact that I am not Catholic, I always feel the pressure (aka guilt) to give up something for Lent. I'm hoping that writing down my plan will help my carry it out this year so here it is:
  • South Beach diet Phase 1 for 2 weeks.
  • 30 push-ups a day
  • 100 crunches a day
  • 30 minutes of continuous activity a day
  • Cleaning my apartment once a week (on Saturday or Sunday)
I'm totally gonna do it!
