Feng Shui?

I'm moving to a new apartment this month and I am trying to use this as an opportunity to really start fresh. I have been having some issues lately with chest pain, anxiety, stress, and general instability. I have tried to come up with a consistent work out plan with only temporary success, I am about to go through yet another major life change with starting grad school in the fall, and I would like to form a habit of constant self-improvement.

In trying to deal with my anxiety and chest pain issues, I have stumbled across Feng Shui. Several people at my work at big believers and I feel like anything is worth a shot at this point! Does anyone have any ideas, thoughts, suggestions?

This is a compilation of the information I found by looking at several sites online.

After reading a little bit about it and looking at what areas of my room are supposed to reflect which areas of my life, I found that my current bedroom is already set up in a pretty feng shui way. That makes me think there really are "energies" or something. I moved my room around a couple times until it felt "right." Anyways, I think this whole idea is interesting, fun, and worth a try.

Thanks to Tina and Michael for the conversation starter. I will be consulting with the authorities right after move in!
